PG Department Of Civil Engineering

Civil Engineering department was established in the year 1983 with intake of 60 students.It is approved by AICTE New Delhi and accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA)2005-2008). Department also has a second shift started in the year 2014 with intake of 60 students. Department is also running a PG program in M. Tech [Structural Engineering] with an intake of 24 students, started in the year 2012. Besides high quality teaching, the department is actively involved in basic and applied research, consultancy and also provide high quality technical advisory support to various organization. The department also promotes industry institute interactions. Institute is enriched with well Qualified and dedicated faculty with vast academic and industrial exposure. Students to faculty ratio is as per AICTE norms, thus every student gets full attention by the faculty for making him more employable. Outstanding faculty performs a broad spectrum of functions, not merely teaching but being at the forefront of industry oriented project work, experimental work, cutting-edge research, for which several recognitions have been bestowed.
